The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and nicely appointed, with good water pressure in the shower. We also enjoyed the hotel's amenities, such as the nice pool and the ample parking space.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Segovia. The location, although not within walking distance of downtown, was perfect for us as it was in the suburbs of this beautiful town.

Very modern hotel with good facilities. A short bus ride or 20 minute walk for the fitter guests to get to the aqueduct. Quiet. Clean and will be a definite booking when I next go to Segovia.

It was quiet, clean, and the outdoor parking's free. Relatively close to the old town, you could take the bus or walk there.

wasn't warned about some surcharges until checkout. if you don't speak spanish, get ready for some attitude from the receptionists. They were *clearly* talking about us in spanish in front of us. three star at best.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of the beautiful town of Segovia, providing a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It is conveniently situated opposite Aldi supermarket, making it easy to grab any necessities during your stay. the hotel is near the Aqueduct in the center, allowing you to explore the iconic landmark with ease.

One small downside was the breakfast, which we found to be a bit expensive. However, this was easily overcome by opting to have breakfast in the city center and enjoying the opportunity to take some memorable pictures before continuing our journey.

Overall fine place nice to have a large pool thankfully not heated so great swimming. Breakfast was disappoiting most products "prefab" and individually wrapped, tinned fruit salad so not acceptable for a 4 star. Room comfortable, wifi Ok, minibar, good beds, nice marble bathrooms. Public areas, have 1980's feel still very old Spain. Car park very convenient Location just 3 Kilometers from the amazing city. One tip: Visit La Granja and his palacio absolutely amazing! Only 10 kilometers drive.

One lady receptionist is simply very unfriendly, check out without any satisfaction check "here is your bill and now go away" was the feeling however other male receptionists very helpful. Pool team members have no idea what they are doing however friendly.

Clean and comfortable room, with a pool in the garden. On the outskirts, easy to reach by car. Good value for money, with excellent bus links to the city. Free parking and safe in the room. Nice garden bar near the pool for drinks.

It was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, staff helpful.

We had massive difficulties finding it, used the Booked.net route planner but still went wrong, could do with map showing where it is as well.

Good value, helpful service, nice breakfast, great swimming pool, convenient location.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The reception staff were helpful and professional. There is a good outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained.

The service in the restaurant was very poor. I ordered the three course set meal while my two companions only wanted a main course followed by a dessert. I had to ask for my starter to be delivered when they had already half eaten their main course - and each course had to be specifically requested. What was odd was that there seemed to be lots of staff, no customers and absolutely no attention to the needs of the dinners.

The room at this hotel was incredibly comfortable, with a luxurious and spacious bathroom. The staff were nice and kind, and the location allowed for easy access to the wonderful attractions in the area.

The breakfast offerings could be improved to make it a more enjoyable experience.

Puerta de Segovia is situated within three kilometres of the Aquaduct and has ample parking. A Bus stop ( 4 ) within five minutes walking will bring you into Segovia centre, service ends at around eleven. The Room was adequate with a fridge. Towels were changed ever day if required. The swimming pool is only open in July and August and though this was September, if was open for two days during our stay but only after six o clock. It was more than refreshing. It is difficult to spend money in the bars of Segovia and our experience was of good service and various free tapas everywhere. "Ven Ven" was particularly friendly and atmospheric. Shopping in Segovia is limited and Salamanca 170 kilometres away has better choice. The Hotel is situated across a busy thorougfare from Lupa and Lydl and Aldi is down at the bus stop.Access to the main Carretaras is only a couple of minutes away The Aquaduct , the Alcazar and Granja are well worth a visit, the latter has a very good book shop and an exciting Palace and Garden.

The Puerta de Segovia suited our needs as we spent most of the time travelling and used the hotel for overnight. It does lack atmosphere and the bar is particularly dull and was empty most of the nights. Magulla Bar fifty metres away has more to recommend it for atmosphere. Ryanair/ Hertz was our real annoyance on this holiday as they wanted the deisel car returned empty which meant that after travelling 700 kilometres, we still had one third of a tank which is pure profit for the companies involved and that is " sharp practice "

The breakfast was okay and free parking was a plus. The room was clean and had comfortable bedding. The location was a bit far from town, but the shuttle service made up for it.

The swimming pool was not clean and the staff's attitude was subpar. My dinner was cold, and I wasn't offered a blanket when the staff offered it to other diners.

The rooms were fairly spacious and clean. The bathroom was big and functional. Location-wise, the hotel was reasonably close to the city center with easy access to local transportation. the hotel offered a decent breakfast for a fair price.

The staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Upon arrival, there was no greeting, and it was challenging to find assistance.
